I have trouble with these dirty liers. I paid the security deposit and time to get back they first tell me it was mailed and waited nothing in mail. then tell me have to cancel check then wait 3 weeks and then process to have check remailed which would have to wait 60 more days from then. i was canceled from service becuase i used my own at&t phone i got from family member and they had wrongfully put me on a contract without my knowledge or consent and they canceled service because i did not want to be on a contract

phone bill in may 125$ phone bill in june 215$.....we did nothing different i have no idea why it jumped up so dang high....my aunt live in italy and she says the phone companies here are such a rip off, in europe if you use it you pay, if you don’t they dont charge you

at&t is the most dirtiest scamers and the most disrespectful cell phone company in business! i had to pay $ 160 each to close out two accounts. the supervisor after our heated argument called me back on my home phone and asked me in i wanted to f___ him. is this the people for you? also have not had any responce about my security deposit refunds they have had for 8 years.

I was required to pay for security deposit ($200) when I subscribed for AT&T Wireless service on April 25th 2002. The security deposit was supposed to be refunded back to me after one year of service and within that year I maintain a good payment history. However, the security deposit still has not been refunded back to me since I began to request them 3 months ago. I have been calling and sending emails to them but they still have not refunded my security deposit.

I have been a Cingular now ATT customer for years. I had a business wireless acccount but the business was closing and we wanted to keep our phone numbers. So i called ATT wireless and asked what i needed to do to move the numbers to personal use. Most importantly I stated that i wanted to then set up a Unity Calling Plan since I also have ATT for my home service. This next part may be hard to believe but if anyone at ATT wants to vefify my account they can easily do so. I started off on my adventure at around 8:30am. I was going to be moving a total of 5 lines from my business account over to 2-Family Unity Calling plans. At around 11:00am (I'm not kidding) I was nearly completed. I had to open up the new individual accounts for a fee of $15 or $20 dollars each. Then when this was completed the service rep stated she needed to transfer me over to combined billing. Here the time was well over 90 minutes. At the end of the call the rep stated that all was finished but the conversion would not take place until the next billing cycle on the 14th. When my bill arrived I was not in a Unity Calling Plan. So I gathered up some more patience and called Customer Service. I had a nice gentleman in the Washington State area assist me and said he was not sure what went wrong but i was not in a Unity Plan and he would fix it for me. This took about 40 minutes. Just for kicks I did not want to wait for my next bill to find out that I was still in the wrong calling plan. So I called and the Customer Service person stated that there is no way I could have a Unity Calling Plan due to the fact that my the cell numbers in question were at one time in a business account and were not eligible. They could only say that it would not work for me, they stated that i would need to cancel my phone number that I have had for nearly 10 years and open up a new account from scratch. I tried calling to see if I could get a different answer but they again said that since my numbers were once in a business account you will never be eligible for a Unity Calling plan. I also need to say that i did preform the eligiblity test on the ATT Wireless site to check in advance that Unity calling plans were available in my market.

Paid last bill of $80.97 in May 2008. Service plan completed and was told in order to pay since we went over by 3 days, had to pay the bill in full and then get reimbursed. Still no $$ and sounds strange to me. When will I get the refund? We are in August now. Thank you.

I have an ATT cell phone manufactured by Samsung. The cover for the battery compartment cannot be closed - even the local ATT store could not do it. Take it back to store, they said. Well, that would be nice but I received this as a gift from someone 1200 miles away and I have no sales receipt, nor access to the store at which it was purchased. I called Samsung and they said to take it back to the store.
Don’t companies take any responsibility for their products? This Samsung says ATT all over it. I have yet had any significant phone usage from this phone. I tried to add time ($25.00 worth) and ATT rejected the attempt. So I am sitting here with a bunch of nothing - unable to do what is advertised.

I received a hard copy bill from At&t stating that I had an $11.05 credit with zero balance due at this time, payment due date on the $-11.05 balance was 7708. I happened to go online and noticed that I had a past due balance of $134.00. I called for an explanation and was told a sprint store made an accidental credit of $145.47 to my account (how could spring do this?).
I asked if I would receive another paper bill with explanation. I was told no. I asked how would I have known there was money past due if I had not gone online for something else. I was told it was my responsibility to check and that there would be a late fee if the past due balance was not received by 7708. I believe At&t is using this scam to get late payment fees. I called in at abut 8 am, 63008 central daylight time.
none this time but I have noticed several months of late fees in the past but did not bother to worry about an extra $5.

Two reasons AT&T sucks. My broadband provider was bought out by them. It took 8 phone calls and 3 days including an attempt to ask their on- line tech assistance just to find out if they could still provide a static IP. (they couldn’t). I canceled the account and was billed for 3 months after that. It again took multiple calls and days before that was fixed. I moved in October to Atlanta and I have AT&T digital cable only because my apartment does not have a line of sigh available. My cable has been out an entire day and I can’t get a hold of anyone to find out if it’s me or a wide outage. The repair line only tells me the office hours and then hangs up. Another example of the poor customer service that seems to be an AT&T trademark.

After recieving my phone bill from AT&T I noticed that they were charging me $2.88 a minute for my long distance phone calls for the first two minutes then .50 cents for the minutes after that and the calls were made after 8 pm every call. From usatank@netins.net. Sincerly Very upset customer. [Note: I have been using Vartec Telecom as my long distance carrier for about 2 years, very happy wthem, charges are 5cmin within the state of CA, 10cmin outside, 24hrsday. There is a 3 minute minimum, and they did away wa monthly service charge, but heck, you’d be saving a bundle the first few seconds.
